This document/agreement/understanding is a computer-generated electronic record published in terms of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (amended from time to time) read with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (amended from time to time) and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between You and Seven23AI Private Limited (“Seven23AI,” “us,” “we,” or “our”). The Terms govern Your access to and use of Seven23AI services, including technology, software, AI tools, analytics, or any other services, tools, or products offered or made available by Seven23AI and/or its Affiliates (“Services”). The Services may be offered or made available to You via our website, mobile applications, software, APIs, social media, or other access channels (collectively, the “Platform”). “You,” “Your,” “Yourself,” or “User” refers to individuals, entities, or corporate bodies who register for, use, or access the Platform or Services. The Services provided by Seven23AI through the Platform are appropriate for use worldwide, subject to local regulations.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing the Platform or using the Services. By accessing the Platform or using the Services, You agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and any other policies applicable to the Services received via the Platform. If You do not agree with these Terms or do not wish to be bound by them, You must immediately terminate your use of the Services. We may ask You to agree to those supplemental terms by way of ‘acceptance.’ Should You choose to avail any specific Service, You may be required to complete forms and provide additional information. You hereby consent for us to store and use the information You provide during (i) the initial sign-up/registration process and (ii) registration or onboarding for any specific Service in the future. You further consent for us to pre-fill forms for the registration process of any future Services with the data/information provided. You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to verify or re-verify, where applicable, the data/information You provide in relation to any specific Service. Your right to access and use any specific Service is subject to successful completion, at our sole discretion, of the registration or onboarding process for that specific Service. To the extent these Terms are inconsistent with any supplemental terms for a specific Service, those specific terms shall prevail over these Terms. Any claims relating to specific Services shall be brought solely against the Seven23AI Affiliate providing those specific Services.
If You intend to use our services for AI tool aggregation, workflow automation, or any other Services offered by Seven23AI or its Affiliates, You understand and agree that the specific Services will be provided by Seven23AI Private Limited or other designated Affiliates. You acknowledge that the provision of such services will be governed by these Terms along with the specific terms outlined for any additional Services provided.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SEVEN23AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, the parties shall seek to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be finally settled by arbitration in Gurgaon, Haryana, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
